1. Are you the manufacture or the trader?

Answer: We are the direct manufacture and exporter since 2005. Warmly welcome to visit out factory in Jiangmen,Guangdong city in China, which is 2 hours drive away from Guangzhou city.

2. Can I get a sample?
Answer: Pls contact us directly for the details. The sample charge is refunded upon the first bulk order.

3. Do you provide OEM service? Could you laser logo on the sinks?
Answer: We offer both OEM & ODM service. We can laser the Logo on sinks & print logo on the carton boxes for customers.

4. What are the terms of payment?
Answer: Usually T/T, 30% deposit and 70% upon scanned B/L.

5. What if I am not satisfied with the quality?
Answer: Quality is our priority in manufacture, our aim is to offer best competitive qualified sinks to our customers. We strive to the full line machine production and strict product quality     control to minimize the defect. We offer 3 years warranty.
